ALLEA  adalah khas rancangan khas,ITANG YUNASZ ,label modest ready to wear baru hasil kolaborasi antara Itang Yunasz -desainer senior Indonesia yang sejak tahun 2000 memfokuskan dirinya pada busana muslim- dengan PT Planet Selancar Mandiri yang telah lebih dari 20 tahun menekuni bisnis retail fashion melalui gerai Planet Surf.

Label ini mulai diperkenalkan (soft launching) di pertengahan Maret lalu dengan mengadakan gathering untuk press dan para undangan kalangan terbatas. Dan kini, untuk pertama kalinya ALLEA ITANG YUNASZ menjangkau masyarakat umum dengan berpartisipasi di Indonesia Fashion Week 2018. TENTANG ITANG YUNASZ

Sempat magang di Rumah Mode desainer kenamaan Italia: Balestra pada 1980, setahun kemudian Itang Yunasz pulang ke Indonesia dan meraih juara 2 pada Lomba Perancang Mode 1981 yang diselenggarakan oleh Femina Group. 

Moment ini menjadi titik awal kariernya sebagai desainer yang diikuti meluncurnya lini utamanya "Itang Yunasz" di bawahperusahaannya, PT Yunasz Astabrata. 

Kini, sebagai desainer modest wear, ia tergolong paling produktif dan mampu merebut hati banyak pecinta fashion melalui karyanya yang mampu menjangkau semua tingkatan masyarakat serta dianggap sebagai trend setter bagi pengamat busana muslim fashion, selebriti, dan sosialita. Ide Awal Pemilihan Produk

            WIBAG merupakan tas berbentuk totebag yang dirancang khusus dengan konsep changeable design serta memiliki fungsi organizer. Ide ini bermula dari permasalahan yang sering kali dirasakan oleh para pembeli tas.  Dewasa ini, customer telah dimanjakan dengan tersedianya berbagai penawaran untuk pemesanan customize design sesuai keinginan. Di pasar tas, tren design suka-suka sangat marak dengan peruntukan customer individu ataupun kelompok (komunitas). Dengan konsep seperti itu, satu tas diproduksi menggunakan satu design yang diminta.

Permasalahan muncul ketika customer harus melakukan pembelian tas dengan kuantitas yang lebih banyak untuk design yang berbeda.  Dengan kata lain, customer menghadapi keterbatasan pilihan dengan produk yang ada di pasar sekarang ini. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui survei yang telah kami dilakukan kepada segmen pelajar/mahasiswa. Hasilnya menyatakan bahwa 92,9% pelajar/mahasiswa di Jabodetabek menginginkan adanya satu tas dengan design yang berbeda/ dapat diganti-ganti.

Pasar tas dapat dianalisa melalui offline dan online secara mudah. Terlebih dengan adanya ketersediaan informasi dan akses internet pada saat ini. Untuk menghadirkan solusi bagi customer yang memiliki permasalahan diatas, produk seperti itu belum dapat dijumpai. Dengan kata lain, ini pun menjadi tantangan tersendiri agar hadir dan masuk ke pasar tas dengan konsen yang sebelumnya belum pernah ada. Terlebih lagi jika penjualan tas seperti ini dilakukan secara gencar melalui berbagai e-commerce dan social media.

Selanjutnya, kami menganalisa permasalahan terkait pemakaian tas pada pengguna tas dikalangan pelajar, terutama mahasiswa. Tidak perlu terlalu luas jangkauan pemikiran untuk pertama kalinya, kami mengutarakan permasalahan pengguna tas menurut pengalaman dan perspektif masing-masing anggota tim. Permasalahan utama yang ditemukan ialah kebutuhan mahasiswa yang mempunyai barang bawaan yang banyak dan sering kali menyulitkan ketika mengambil dari tas. Seiring berjalannya waktu, kami pun membuktikan masalah tersebut dan membuka kesempatan untuk masalah-masalah lainnya yang mungkin saja muncul di lingkungan mahasiswa. Hasilnya, barang-barang bawaan pelajar atau mahasiswa di Jabodetabek paling banyak ialah handphone, buku, powerbank, dan laptop. Berdasarkan fakta-fakta tersebut, tim WIBAG memutuskan untuk menambahkan fungsi organizer pada tas agar memudahkan pengguna dalam menempatkan barang-barang bawaannya dengan mudah dan terorganisir.

Strategi Pemilihan Vendor WIBAG

Dalam pemilihan vendor, WIBAG sebagai usaha bisnis dalam bidang fashion wanita yang mengutamakan desain yang ada pada tas tentunya membutuhkan vendor agar dapat menghasilkan kualitas produk yang sesuai dengan keinginan tim WIBAG. Awalnya semua tim WIBAG mencari-cari vendor yang sesuai dengan kualifikasi kami. Kualifikasi yang utam adalah vendor tersebut dapat melakukan penyablonan dan jahit. Selain itu, kualifikasi yang lain adalah seperti dapat diajak untuk kerjasama, mudah dihubungi, tidak ada minimal order dan menawarkan harga yang kompetitif. Dari beberapa list vendor yang sudah kami dapat, ternyata kebanyakan dari vendor tersebut hanya bisa melakukan satu  kegiatan, misalnya hanya dapat menjahit saja atau hanya dapat melakukan penyablonan saya. Akhirnya kami menemukan dua vendor setelah kami kontak vendor  tersebut dari beberapa list vendor. Dua vendor tersebut bisa melakukan penyablonan dan penjahitan sekaligus. Namun, ternyata salah satu vendor tersebut mempunyai minimal order dalam melakukan proses produksi.

Setelah tim WIBAG berdiskusi, pada akhirnya kami memilih salah satu vendor yang berlokasi di Bandung. Beberapa minggu sebelum UTS, tim WIBAG memutuskan untuk melakukan survei secara langsung ke tempat vendor tersebut. Hal ini dilakukan untuk menjelaskan detail tas yang akan kami produksi, berdiskusi mengenai bahan baku, harga dan lain-lain. Setelah semua dirasa sesuai dengan keinginan tim WIBAG, kami memutuskan untuk menggunakan jasa vendor tersebut. Pada awalnya kami membuat prototype tas untuk UTS  terlebih dahulu di vendor tersebut untuk mengetahui kualitasnya. Karena hasil prototype tersebut sudah cukup baik, walaupun memang masih ada beberapa detail yang kurang memuaskan bagi tim WIBAG.  Akhirnya, kami memutuskan untuk tetap menggunakan jasa vendor di Bandung tersebut untuk Exhibition. Alasan kami memilih vendor tersebut adalah karena vendor tersebut memenuhi kualifikasi utama kami, yaitu dapat meyablon dan menjahit di satu tempat. Kami mengutamakan hal tersebut karena jika tempat melakukan penyablonan dan penjahitan  pada vendor yang berbeda, akan menyulitkan dari segi waktu dan juga biaya sehingga dirasa tidak efektif dan efisien. Vendor kami ini bisa menyediakan bahan sesuai yang diinginkan sehingga ini dapat mempermudahkan tim kami. Walaupun berada di Bandung, vendor kami sangat mudah untuk diajak bekerjasama dan mudah untuk berkomunikasi sehingga mudah untuk diawasi. Vendor kami ini juga sangat aktif karena setiap terjadi perkembangan mengenai proses produksi, vendor ini selalu memberikan informasi.  Selain itu, tidak ada minimal order sehingga untuk exhibition kami memproduksi 24pcs tas dengan warna navy, maroon dan cream.

Strategi Pemasaran

Wibag dalam memasarkan produknya akan menggunakan berbagai strategi agar dapat diterima dan dijadikan pilihan merk tas bagi masyarakat. Startegi pemasaran dari Wibag akan dirancang menggunakan bauran pemasaran 4Ps yaitu product, place price,dan promotion. Berikut strategi pemasaran yang akan dilakukan oleh Wibag:

Product:

Produk yang di jual oleh Wibag merupakan tas totebag yang memiliki desain unik dan dapat diubah-ubah. Ketika eksibisi Wibag mengeluarkan produknya dengan tiga varian warna, yaitu maroon, blue navy, dan cream. Animo pengunjung yang datang ke booth Wibag cukup tinggi, dan menurut mereka akan lebih baik lagi bila Wibag memiliki desain dan pilihan warna yang di khususkan bagi kaum pria. Merujuk pada hal tersebut Wibag akan memproduksi tas totebag dengan variasi warna yang lebih beragam dan variasi desain yang lebih banyak, sehingga Wibag dapat meraih pasar yang lebih besar lagi dari yang sebelumnya.

Place:

Pada tahap awal ini, Wibag akan lebih fokus untuk berjualan via onlinedikarenakan melalui media online,WIbag dapat meraih pasar yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan membuka toko disuatu tempat. Namun walaupun Wibag memiliki fokus berjualan melalui media online,kami tidak menutup kemungkinan untuk hadir pada bazaar-bazaar yang memang akan diselenggarakan kedepan. Kami akan hadir di bazaar-bazaar tersebut untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen kami bahwa Wibag memang masih ada dan akan terus eksis pada dunia bisnis fashion di Indonesia.

            Dalam penetapan harga, Wibag selalu berusaha untuk terus bersaing dengan kompetitor-kompetior lain yang bermain pada bisnis fashion khususnya kompetitor yang menjual tas. Di pasaran, harga totebag yang memiliki desain yang unik, warna yang bagus, dan pemilihan bahan yang berkualitas tinggi berada di sekitar Rp.130.000-Rp.160.000. UI Fashion Week, Wadah Kreasi Mahasiswa Pecinta Fashion

KOMPAS.com - Setelah sukses menggelar ajang fashion week yang pertama, mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia (UI) kembali mengadakan UI Fashion Week 2013 (UIFW). Ajang ini diadakan dengan tujuan untuk mewadahi sisi kreatif mahasiswa di bidang fashion. Uniknya, ajang ini bukan hanya mewadahi anak muda yang kuliah di universitas ini saja, tapi semua mahasiswa dari berbagai universitas.

"Acara ini bertujuan untuk menjembatani bakat-bakat anak muda dalam dunia fashion dengan potensial buyer dan memperkenalkan (karya) mereka kepada khalayak ramai," jelas Annisa Putri Adisty, Project Officer UI Fashion Week 2013, saat konferensi pers di Munchies, Kota Kasablanka, Jakarta Selatan, Senin (24/6/2013).

Tahun ini tema yang dipilih adalah "The Acculturashion: Celebration of Indonesian Anthology". Pemilihan tema ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pergerakan dunia fashion ke arah akulturasi mode dalam menciptakan kreasi busana yang unik dan modern.

Dalam misinya untuk mendukung generasi muda yang telah berkarya hingga akhirnya memiliki clothing line secara mandiri, UI Fashion Week juga menghadirkan program Designer Application. Ini merupakan suatu kompetisi untuk memilih desainer-desainer dari kalangan mahasiswa yang berkesempatan tampil di panggung mode UIFW.

"Program Desaigner Application ini awalnya diikuti oleh 47 desainer dari universitas di beberapa daerah di Indonesia. Namun setelah proses seleksi selama satu bulan, hanya ada delapan desainer yang terpilih," tambah Annisa.

Delapan desainer tersebut adalah ProMEsse by Aprilian Tika (IKJ), Prolog (Universitas Padjajaran), Nyi Iteung (Universitas Katolik Parahyangan), ZUM by Siti (UI), Fleur de Vyn (Universitas Indonesia), Grace & Mercy (Universitas Padjajaran), Busana Nona (Universitas Indonesia), dan Glaechi Apparel (Universitas Indonesia).

Selain fashion show dari desainer muda, beberapa desainer terkenal seperti Danjyo Hyoji, Barli Asmara, Lenny Agustin, dan Alexalexa juga akan memamerkan koleksinya. UIFW juga akan menghadirkan 48 booth dan bazaar dari 60 merek busana.

Untuk memberikan nuansa yang berbeda dengan penyelenggaraannya yang pertama, tahun ini UIFW 2013 juga mengadakan UIFW Model Search dan UIFW Band Audition. Setelah mengadakan serangkaian seleksi, UIFW Model Search mendapatkan 11 nama finalisnya, yaitu Shita Paramita, Saskia Lengkey, Kartika Ayu, Valerie Krasnadewi, Mutiara Febrika, Meli Muljayanti, Eugene Kharisma, Randy Stephanus, Sandy Sanjayatna, Dlaify Bruinsma, dan Angga Bastari.

"Nantinya, dua pemenang model pria dan wanita yang terpilih akan mendapatkan hadiah berupa kontrak model dari agensi ternama di Indonesia," katanya.

Ajang fashion dari Universitas Indonesia ini rencananya akan diadakan selama tiga hari mulai 28-30 Juni 2013 di main atrium Kota Kasablanka, Jakarta Selatan.
